From the inquiry to development to series production, we assist you step by step. There is no red tape, only focussed engineering expertise. this is what makes Joma-Polytec particularly fast: Development and production are all under one roof.

Your added value: About 50 engineers, designers and "tinkerers" in the in-house development department make a ready-to-install injection-moulded component compliant with your requirement. For example, in the light-weight construction sector, metal parts are often replaced by weight-reduced plastic parts. On the way to ready-for-production, FEM calculations, mould flow simulations, component test stands or CFD analyses are provided as required and ensure the best quality and time savings.

In the series production stage your component is produced using state-of-the-art systems. Of course, all is done at our site in Bodelshausen, Germany. This simplifies your logistics. And it works "just-in-time". If required, we assemble your modules manually, semi- or fully automatically. Choose from a variety of additional production processes such as welding or laser cutting. In order to ensure traceability, we can also stamp your component for identification purposes. You require the inspection of your components? We’ll be happy to do that for you too.
