In order to manufacture a successful products, qualified materials must be available and effective quality assurance methods must be in place during the process.
In order to achieve a maintenance-free operation during the entire service life of the components, our products are thoroughly tested on more than 500 m2 of test area, 18 component and continuous running tests before they leave the test bench.

Our test stands enable us to test products around the clock
The numerous test stands can perform tests under real conditions (different temperatures), such as continuous running tests (1,500 hours), performance measurements, flow and pressure swell tests with water/glycol, simulations of torsional vibrations, torque measurements, oil conditioning and tension-pressure tests.
In order to meet the high thermal loads in the engine compartment, we use a climatic chamber. Here we carry out cold start tests and high temperature tests in a range of -40 to 200°C .
Due to the many years of experience and state-of-the-art testing technology, renowned automotive suppliers are also relying on the test stands and the range of services offered by Joma-Polytec.
