Tools and fixture design

Our tool design and construction are the basis for plastic products of the highest standards. Using state-of-the-art technologies, we manufacture precision moulds for injection moulding, extrusion and automation in our 1,200 m² plant.

In toolmaking, complex and high-quality precision tools are produced as prototypes or series production. All of course in close coordination between the customer and our development department. Even during the ongoing production, toolmaking is constantly available for quality-enhancing measures and to sustain a smooth production process.

This allows us to consider all customer requirements at an early stage and to carry out a systematic quality control, which is essential for the production of our high-quality end products. The direct integration of toolmaking into production processes and series production at Joma-Polytec enables us to achieve high flexibility even with large order volumes and a continuously reliable quality of our products.

Because we combine series production and tool making, we can implement customer requirements in the shortest possible time. How do we do that? By being flexible and reliable.
